DKBCo. is a firm believer that small batches = tastier kombucha. Our brewing process starts with reverse osmosis water, sugar and organic Assam black tea from Eli Tea - add our proprietary SCOBY and the magic begins with the first fermentation!
Our flavors average 5g of sugar and 40 calories per 12 oz. serving which is achieved through a proprietary, no-sugar added second fermentation. We’ve tried dozens of competitors all over the country and still haven’t found a kombucha that tastes better than DKBCo.!

A DKBCo. fan favorite so popular, it’s always on-tap at all of our retail locations. It was nicknamed “Belle Isle Sunset” by one of our customers for the beautiful rose color. The harmonious blend of hibiscus flowers, dried lime peel and dried Moroccan spearmint will captivate your taste buds and leave you wanting MORE!
Our ginger kombucha is simple with just the right amount of zing! We’ve been told many times that it is reminiscent of Detroit’s classic beverage, Vernor’s ginger-ale…
The OG flavor (lol, get it?) and first ferment! A crisp apple taste and the lowest sugar and calories possible on our roster. A kombucha stripped down to its bare essence, but with layers of flavor.
